Return and Refund Policy

  1. Returns and exchanges only with receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Returns and exchanges only where product:
    - is not of merchantable quality or is faulty;
    - does not perform the job that the customer made known at the time of purchase;
  3. No returns and exchanges where customer changes mind, no longer wants goods, has had defects drawn to attention before purchase, or finds a cheaper product elsewhere, has opened and used goods.
  4. Refunds on return of goods to be provided in accordance with the original method of payment.
  5. Post and packaging is none refundable.
